python is overkill IMHO
because this is oneliner in almost every shell
Assume we want to process every file in current directory and put
result into ../out directory
*nix:
$ for i in *; do ffmpeg -i $i <our options> ../out/$i; done
windows:
> FOR %I IN (*) DO ffmpeg -i %I <our options> ..\out\%I
