[FFmpeg-user] Cuda decoding h264 stutter with lastest builds

Hello,
H264 Hardware decoding with CUDA seems broken.

I tried differents builds (x64, myself compiled from mabs and gyan.dev).
With different h264 video.
With ffplay or with C++ source code same results.
The video playing stutter constantly.

With version 6.0 no problem, same video plays flawlessly.

Way to reproduce :
ffplay.exe -vcodec h264_cuvid video.mp4
