[FFmpeg-user] h264_v4l2m2m won't write to .mkv

It is the same with a static compile of ffmpeg 5.1.1 from that URL.

I take it from this reply that I may actually be invoking ffmpeg correctly?
I am surprised by this: I appear to have misunderstood the interaction
between video codec and container format.
