[FFmpeg-user] No audio when playing on Rockchip chipset

I'm using FFMPEG to generate HLS output with x264 and libfdk_aac. It plays
properly on apple and android platforms with platforms' native player.
However, on some android devices with Rockchip chipset it plays without
audio. Does anybody know what might be the problem?
