Oh, yeah. I read that a few months ago, and I searched on some of the phrases therein a few months 
ago. Someone at the Library of Congress apparently put that together from a lot of 'sources'. It's 
full of crap.

Z, you've posted that dvdsubs are bit mapped and you've posted that dvdsubs are run-length encoded. 
I assume you know the difference, eh?
