[FFmpeg-user] prevent clean aperture value cropping

The resolution is there, but the sides are supposed to be invisible.
The aperture to be shown should be even smaller.
(SD was an overscanned format. In the full frame you should often see the tip of a boom mic, that is ‘as close as possible, without being in the frame’)
