[MEncoder-users] Sony DSC-M1 files

I have videos produced by the Sony DSC-M1 video camera. They are
mpeg-4, as shown below. mplayer works OK on these files. But
when I play them on a Philips DVP642 player only the video plays.
I would like to re-encode them so that they use something different
for the audio.
Can somebody help??? I have a stroke, but I follow directions OK.
