yes absolutely, but i dont know enough about mpeg4 / ffdivx to fix it but it 
might be simpler than i think, perhaps i should take a look at it ... i was a 
bit lazy lately anyways ;)
this is obviosly a problem with motion compensation at the bottom ...

ok, i dont care, i dont really use divx4
