ahh, i remember that, but didnt remember that its called syuv :(
hmm, perhaps i should try memtest ...

anyway, i am not interrested to spend some time to improve support for these 
binary&closed source codecs especially not as we have a opensource SVQ1 
decoder, so unless someone sends a patch for syuv support for the swscaler 
...

the idea here is to allow to insert interpolated frames (with motion 
compensation) to double the framerate for example
or some hq convert between different framerate (for hardware which only 
supports 1 framrate)
