hmm, I can't reproduce, please tell me your SDL version and used sdl 
subdriver (eg. x11 with xvideo, x11, dga, etc.).
Btw. I think there are some probs left to solve because I rarely get sig11 on 
fullscreen switching, but didn't have time yet to debug.
