[Mplayer-cvslog] latest changes to demux_qt.c

Dear Arpi,
I don't know, if this is the right mailinglist to say this, but
your latest commit to demux_qt.c breaks playback of the second audiotrack of
ftp://ftp.mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/samples/V-codecs/MJPEGs/PhotoJPEG/photojpeg.m
ov
Furthermore it plays audiotrack of menace00.mov twice as fast. Before the
commit
there were only the A/V sync problems, Melanson talked about on codec-devel.
Shall I upload menace00.mov or do you already have it?
Please fix this issues.
