Michael, could you complete yvu9toyv12 converter in rgb2rgb.c?

also we should clean the whole code, csp_conv.c or smth, and/or split the parts
the current one is a bit hard to understand for volunteers

btw, Michael could you write a fast yv12tonv12 converter? (or interleaveBytes
if for this prupose?)
