BGR8 could be fixed in simplest and other way
(unfortunatedly mplayerxp doesn't use this fourcc).
Forget to tell - I've also enabled BGR-scaler (which causes segfault in current state
os /postproc/swscsale.c) and have fixed a lot of other minor bugs and lacks which
exist in mplayer until it uses "old vo_logic". Maybe in the future when mplayer
will use ideas similar to mplayerxp then you'll need to repeat every my
change in "C"-stuff of scaler but for now - only "MMX" optimized
stuff does matter for both projects.
