he is lame again (get sig11s dunno why :)

but i ran a quick test and i'm amazed!
encoded 1000 frames from teh middle of a dvd, br=1000, codec=mpeg4
i didn't tune other parameters yet.

i did the same encoding using divx4linux, br=1000

the quality is the same, or even a bit better than divx4, speed is also
nice: 17fps vs divx4's 12fps.

the only strange thing i noticed: libavcodec-encoded movie has some noise,
looks like some MC error corrected by DCT at each frames, or dunno.
