I think it's a bit like coding, if you are getting to the fifth level
of indentation you should think about restructuring your code.  This
is not very high on the priority list, it would just be nicer to have
a few less nested sections.

H6 is very small indeed, maybe we can override this in the style
sheet, I'll have a look..
