Hmm, now that I look at it it seems that you had 2 spaces between
section numbers and titles in the past.  Those 2 spaces have long since
disappeared from most section titles, not even codecs.html where you
added these spaces has two spaces everywhere.  HTML ignores 2 spaces
anyway, they get displayed as just one space.  I therefore suggest that
we settle on one space everywhere, instead of trying to convert
everything to two spaces.
