i've checked with mphq
  MPlayer/benchmark/testsuite2/Coyote.Ugly.Sample-highbitrate-atmos.avi
but this one shows it better:
  MPlayer/samples/MPEG-VOB/ERIC.MPG
(yes i know the resolution and quality sucks, but it's full of read and blue :))
(anyway this is an interesting sample for postprocessing filter testing too)

btw i've tried the 'chroma skipping' parameter of -vop scale but it didn't
make any difference (nor positive or negative)
