yes, ignore index

-idx won't work. -forceidx work (even better) but only for files, not for stdin.

anyway just noticed that -noidx didn't work as I expected, so fixed now.
actually it wasn't even -noidx issue :)

yes
but anyway it's already 99.9% sure that rc4 will come first, too many
changes since rc3, and i'm not sure it is correct enough for a final/stable
release now.
