[Mplayer-cvslog] mpeg2 bitstream conformance

Sir,
I am Ph'd candidate in thesis of image processing on transcoding mpeg2 to 
mpeg4 in dct domain. I research a sequence of test not containing that a 
coded image intra macroblocks_adress_increment must respect the table B-1 
(iso/iec 13818.2) without macroblock_stuffing code (iso 11172-2).
indeed I noted that the whole of the files m2v being on the Web does not 
respect this criterion. can indicate a link(ftp or http) to me which would 
enable me to find this sequence.
