Is it possible for dvd/tv/http/etc too? ~/.mplayer/mencoder 
should be documented too (I'm a bit confused about all this 
different config files and I'm not sure anymore which are 
global/etc). It would be very nice to create input depending
encoding configuration. Or even better: Depending on the 
detected format/codec/size/interlaced/etc... ;))

But this probably needs a completely new config system, so it 
belongs to the wishlist.
