This patch breaks compilation on solaris.
The standard tail in /usr/bin/ doesnt eat -n
but there is one in /usr/xpg4/bin/tail which does.

Now, either we reverte that patch or add another one
that uses the correct tail for solaris :/

Emacs ist für mich kein Editor. Für mich ist das genau das gleiche, als wenn
ich nach einem Fahrrad (für die Sonntagbrötchen) frage und einen pangalaktischen
