Well, I was well aware of who is head of Ministry for English Composition, it 
only was misleading due to the way it was quoted.

Btw. I'm pretty good at english - or so I believe - but I wouldn't dare to 
intrigue your assigned headmaster's work.

Not sure, but shouldn't it be "of" English Composition? [MEC]
