[Mplayer-cvslog] CVS: main/DOCS/man/de - New directory

- uniformity with the structure of the xml/ and HTML/ subdirs
- less clutter in the DOCS/ dir
- We now have docs in several formats, troff (man), XML and HTML
  (generated), so it makes sense to separate them into different dirs.


I announced this change on thursday, here is the relevant part from my
mail:

  2) I'd like to reorganize the structure of the DOCS directory a bit by
     moving all man pages to a separate man/ subdirectory with
     subdirectories for each language like we have with the xml/
     subdirectory.

  Gabu agrees, so unless somebody has some very good objections I will
  go through with this during the next days.  The following patch should
  take care of the path changes, please shout if something is missing.

Then you have to rename them upon installation..
