Roberto gave his OK on IRC if he wants to be the maintainer.
And though nobody else is working with/on EDL code and he
did the last patch and wants to include it into MEncoder,
I think it is good if he is maintaining this code, too
( e.g. being there for EDL bug reports ).

If he needs CVS access, I don't know...
I think he could maintain also without, but may be better
otherwise dunno about that.
