Umm, I beg to differ.  The standard on Windows in WinZip, 99% of all
people have never even heard of rar.  It's only among somewhat
computer-literate Windows users that rar has some market share.

bzip2 is fast enough on my 500MHz box, our releases are bzip2
compressed as well, so I guess it should be OK.
