Actually it might just be down right now because of the recent Debian
compromise.  I'll wait a few weeks and then reverse and just add the
modification statement, OK?

But wasn't the LRMI stuff taken from svgalib?  At least you said that
on IRC.  Then we should probably mention this instead or in addition
to the dead URL.
