Ok, i've discussed it with Alex, and he said, that he could get cvs
access back, but *ONLY* for the ogg and matroska demuxers.
As cvs lacks good ACL, he got his cvs write to whole code tree back,
but at next cvs policy violation (including commits to code other than
ogg/mkv demuxers without extra permission) he'll lose cvs access forever.
