Before it wasn't needed, as help-mp.h was correctly generated by configure 
script. Now it's needed because else build will fail. make distclean should 
bring the source tree into a clean state for compiling. So as help-mp.h is 
auto-genrated by make it should IMHO be handled similar to eg. an object file 
and be removed on distclena.
