i surely agree, that info packets should be interleaveable but i disagree that
the start/stop should be specified by the placement of the next info packet,
instead the start/stop time should be stored in the info packets, so that
they are still valid if they would all be at the file start
one problem of your suggestion is that it provides significantly less
information, just imagine staring playback in the middle of a song, either we
dont repeat info packets in which case the user would not know what he is
listening too, or we do but then he would not know the position within the
song, or how much time there is until the next song
additionally if we dont repeat these packets theres the issue with loosing one
