Maybe more like:

  * stream quality selection, possibly based on available bandwidth.
    Currently only available for MMS-over-HTTP (code in libmpdemux/asf_streaming.c).

At least libmpdemux/asf_streaming.c should be mentioned IMHO, to make
starting a bit more easy...
