it have code 0xA7.
Just avoid all assumption for charsets.
For sure this code cannot be used as starting in UTF-8 encoding.

I would be very happy if you also remove high bit characters from AUTHORS
and all other non documentary files.
It is very annoying to see something like Бrpбd
(б=b).
If somebody insist of writing him name closer to him native language then I will
write my name in Cyrillic as Иван Кълвачев.
