And actually, it wasn't complaining about there being no empty line on the
end - it was complaining about there being no NEWLINE character at the end! 
Which isn't even a valid Unix text file, so it's good you fixed it, except
you already fixed this in your previous commit - otherwise it would've said
'no new line' TWICE, once for '-' and once for '+'...

(and it's not really even a complaint, it's the only way diff can report 
there was no new line at end of file in a patch...)
