No, I really don't know where to start. :(

Wouldn't there be some problems with mplayer naming options slightly
differently? For example:
max_b_frames       --> vmax_b_frames
b_quant_factor     --> vb_qfactor
luma_elim_threshold --> vlelim

Those would either have to be renamed in mplayer or remain translated
somewhere, I would think. Of course, I freely acknowledge that I barely
know what I'm talking about here.
