And what happens if you use -o foo.mpg? Does it use muxer_mpg or
muxer_lavf with mpeg format selected?? Should it be mpeg-ps, mpeg-pes,
or mpeg-ts??? Extension is simply not enough to know the desired
format to use. Same applies for avi since both lavc and native
muxer_avi can generate avi files..
