[MPlayer-cvslog] [PATCH] uninit VO at pause

This patch add the ability to uninit the VO when pausing, useful for those 
VO's which use overlay to take up the whole console and you can't see 
anything unless you close MPlayer...

It can be used with a command line option '-uninit-vo' (this should obviously 
be renamed, but neither I nor anybody can think of a better name...), and by 
forcing directly with the 'pause' slave command ('pause 1' forces an uninit).

Implementation is flawless by testing, but very hackish. :(
No extremely nasty hacks, but umm.. just see for yourself. I don't really 
expect this patch to be committed, but I do hope for suggestions how to 
improve it...
