i dont have time, iam lazy, i dont have a ppc, i cant fix gcc 
and as said maybe replacing the problematic instruction with some hardcoded 
bytes like ".byte   9" ... will do, maybe some runtime cpudetect code needs 
to be added too i dunno, iam too tired ATM to RTFS ...
