Not personally, I do not have Cygwin, but somebody on -users did.
Getting some more testing would be nice. Also I should say this is a
hack, actually this should always be defined when the Microsoft C
library is used. But since we only support MinGW and Cygwin, this should
have the same effect for us (i.e. upstream won't want this patch, but
maybe somebody should send them a bugreport anyway?).
