There's a section in the begginning, USAGE, where ~/.mplayer is mentioned, 
it might be a good place.

However, doing such a section might be a good idea, for ex. for 
"DVDCSS_CACHE"...

As long as the issue is brought up, it might be a good idea to do a doxygen 
style thing that will work by reading cfg-*.h, but it might be clunky as 
it'll mean A LOT of help text in a programmish file, also it's 
untranslatable... Maybe something based on the idea, like puts together 
something from DOCS/ and those files, dunno.
