It was UTF-8 actually. Or atleast, kmail defaulted to that when there was no
encoding specified in the cvs commit mail. I think AUTHORS is supposed to
be UTF-8 these days, and not ASCII?

Either way, It'd probably be a nice thing to do(TM), to put the english/ascii
transliteration within parenthesis or something, for names that use chars
that aren't in ascii.
