Actually I think just
1) delete file 2) recreate the file by copying from a past revision
would be enough. Still haven't tested it though. And again, even if it
works, this should NOT be the default way to revert a commit: unless
there is something exceptional, commits should be reverted with a normal
commit changing the code back.
