Well, in this special case I'd just like a little safeguard against my
own stupidity *g*
But apart from that, the problem is there are too many people discussing
and too few actually doing and coding and practically none at all doing
any review - that makes it easy to do something (considered) flame-worthy.
Also much of the code is such a horrible mess that at least I'll usually take
anything that I can to ffmpeg, leaving even more mess for MPlayer.
