In the unlikely case someone cares: I got -vo x11 to work on MinGW,
can't say anything about performance though since the whole thing went
over rdesktop afterwards...
Getting libX11 to compile on MinGW is a bit painful though.
Now maybe I can fix vo_gl so it can handle differing backends, which is
something mac could profit from, too...
