I'd rather say Suggests since MPlayer works fine without fonts.  Well,
maybe Recommends would do.  The point is that there are many (a few)
more packages that provide TrueType fonts.

Note that, although I like to think of the Debian package as vastly
improved now, it is far from perfect.  Suggestions/patches/commits
welcome.
