This reminds me, it would be really good if someone could make these
strings translatable (i.e. replace by some MSGTR, possibly reusing stuff
from the linux Gui and adding it to help/help_mp-en.h).
Though I admit all that manually-centering stuff by giving pixel
positions will break.
