Hmm, I checked both a Mandriva and a Debian box, both with the same kernel 
as my main system and they had a proper linux/cdrom.h. I cannot backtrack 
anymore where my headers came from because I did not document my LFS 
endeavour until well after the bootstrapping process and it's all been over 
a year ago. Guess I'll beter fix my broken version of linux/cdrom.h and see 
if there are future reports of broken systems, as for now I seem to be the 
only one.
