Huh?

If libswscale is part of FFmpeg (and thus external to MPlayer), why is a
commit to it showing up on the MPlayer SVN-log mailing list?

If libswscale is not part of FFmpeg, why should it have FFMPEG_ prefixes
on its inclusion guards? It should probably have some prefix, but it
seems to me that FFMPEG_ should be reserved for FFmpeg's own headers.
