I think it was probably one of those changes, but I am not sure.
Either way, compilation of the win32 gui is now broken, because interface.h
and bitmap.h are no longer in the include path (these files are in gui/, the
main gui code including them is in gui/win32), either the Makefile or the
source files have to be changed.
If you prefer the sources to be changed (#include "interface.h" to #include "../interface.h"
I already have that in the local tree.
