While that's good enough, I think it might make sense if they either
made use of that VDPAU_VERSION define and increase it for every change
of if there was a FFmpeg-like major-minor-micro version number.
Some features might be really painful to test for otherwise (meaning most
people won't check for them and compilation breaks more often).
