No. I believe it doesn't. But after discussion with Diego on IRC I 
decided to keep license as is to avoid any possible issues in the 
future; e.g. someone may argue license was changed no matter how 
cosmetically changes were.

All juridical stuff is extremely fragile, so it is better not to touch 
it at all.
