i dont have >30517 svn to test, here is a sample mov redirector:
mplayer -user-agent Quicktime
"http://movies.apple.com/movies/independent/redriding/redriding-clip1974_h.320.mov"

it keeps crashing for me in r27811 on windows, if someone wants to
make a gdb...

i'm not sure how to handle this, other than to let mov redirectors be
broken until lavf gets playlist support. because before this it was
broken because of ffqclp priority, but now with this change, binary
codec will be broken too (since lavf and binary dont work) ...
